Direct Debit

We debit the order amount from your bank account. One of the easiest payment methods and without risks.

Payment via direct debit (SEPA base debit) is easy and safe for you. We will debit the order amount from your bank account to finalise your order, no extra steps needed for you to do. Your bank account will, of course, be debited once your order has been dispatched. Should an/some item(s) not be available and a split delivery be made, you'll only pay for the items being sent.

In using this method you are providing us with a SEPA direct debit mandate (known earlier as direct debit mandate). After the dispatch of your ordered item(s) you will receive a notification about the direct debit (SEPA Pre-notification). Firstly after 2 days will the amount be debited from your account. Please make sure your account balance will cover the debit.

With the switch over to SEPA (Single Euro Payments Area), we require your IBAN (International Bank Account Number) and BIC (Bank Identifier Code). You will find this information in your online banking account, on new EC cards or on your bank statement. The previous usage of account number and bank sorting code is no longer available.

PayPal

Pay by PayPal - safe, simple, and quick.

Safe: Your bank and credit card data are only deposited at PayPal. In line with this, being sellers, we do not have access and your data are not retransmitted via Internet for every online purchase.

Simple: You pay by two clicks. You make use of your bank or credit cards deposited at PayPal instead of entering again and again for every purchase.

Quick: PayPal payments arrive quickly and we can initiate the dispatch soon.

Credit Card

Mastercard, Visa Card, American Express

Shopping with your credit card is convenient and uncomplicated at Fitshop. You no longer need to worry about settling your bills after placing an order. Just pay by Visa, Mastercard or American Express. We will not charge your card until the day the goods are dispatched of course. If an item is not in stock and we make a part delivery, you only pay for the received goods.

You can be sure: we protect your online transactions in any way we can. Any personal information you submit, i.e. your order, your name, your address and your credit card details, are encoded. Fitshop uses one of the safest methods for e-commerce, the "Secure Socket Layer" (SSL) transmission with 256 bit encryption.

Google Pay

In a few clicks pay quickly and securely with your credit card via Google Pay. Your card details are entcryptely accepted out of your Google account.

Cash in Advance

We dispatch the goods as soon as the payment shows up in our account.

Just pay cash in advance via bank transfer, it is easy. You will receive the bank details via email after your order has gone in. If you transfer the billing amount online, the money usually shows up in our account 24 hours later. Please note that bank transfers received by the banks after 4pm are not processed until the following day.

Financing

Buy now, pay later.

If you would like to spread the payment over a number of month, we offer the following affordable conditions in collaboration with TARGOBANK:

with a term of 6 to 12 months: 4,9% APR
with a term of 13 to 24 months: 6,9% APR
with a term of 25 to 48 months: 7,9% APR

Please choose „financing“ as method of payment. You will then be redirected to the financing service of TARGOBANK. There, you will get to choose the term which meets your requirements so that you are paying the monthly installment which suits you best.

The minimum monthly installment is 15,- euros. The minimum amount to be financed is 150,- euros.

You will be guided through the financing process online in only a few steps. Just post your signed forms at any German post office after having shown your identity card as proof of ID. You will receive a confirmation from TARGOBANK after a few days and the goods which will have been reserved for you will be dispatched immediately.

Only private customers in Germany may choose financing as payment method.

Payment methods
