The barbell has a similar adjustment mechanism to the popular BowFlex SelectTech dumbbells. To adjust between the seven different weight levels (9–36 kg), simply turn the knobs. The excess plates remain in their trays while you perform your exercises.

Versatile training possibilities for any muscle group

The barbell set includes a barbell bar and a W-shaped curl bar. The curved curl bar allows you to lift weights in positions that may be easier on your joints, such as with bicep curls. The straight barbell is great for performing squats, bench presses, and deadlifts.

Compatible accessories

With the Upgrade Kit (sold separately), you can increase the maximum weight by 18 kg. You can also purchase the Bowflex SelectTech 2080 Barbell Stand with Media Rack so you can begin lifting from a comfortable standing position and store the bars on the brackets under the weight trays.
