NordicTrack multi-gym Fusion CST: That's how the training of the future looks like!
Each workout with the NordicTrack multi-gym Fusion CST is a combination of strength and cardio training. The training is dynamic and time-saving and designed to burn a maximum of calories as well as to strengthen the muscles at the same time.The NordicTrack multi-gym Fusion CST is equipped with eight pulleys, so that the variety of exercises is guaranteed. The handles are freely flexible and the pulleys are multiple pivoted - that ensures an ergonomic training of all these exercises.
A magnetic system of the NordicTrack multi-gym Fusion CST provides the resistance. That gives distinctive advantages to the training: the stress on the joints is lower than with a classic weight block. That's very important, because many exercises are very quickly done with the Fusion CST. Last but not least: The magnetic system is much more silent; no noise coming from weight plates.
