The elliptical course of motion of the FlexStrider is unique and is second to none.
Either a short walking or a long jogging, the Life Fitness developers attach a great importance to make the course of motion on the FlexStrider as natural and joint-gentle as possible - and allt his for intensive training sessions as well. Thanks to the elliptical movement pattern, which is based upon the jogging movement, and the natural stride length, this goal is achieved. The low space (6.3 cm) between the extra-big treads minimises the lateral hip movement and supports additionally the soft, joint-gentle course of motion. In addition, the Life Fitness elliptical cross trainer Platinum Club Series FlexStrider offers a high training comfort due to the comfortable resistance control on the mobile handles. You can easily adjust the training intensity without stopping the training.
